Pickup is around one hour before the tour starts: The exact pickup time will be provided after the tour is booked.
Our driver will greet you by name at the entrance of your hotel.
This service covers Cancun Hotel Zone, Cancun Downtown and Costa Mujeres. For Airbnb stays, we’ll provide a nearby meeting point.
Check-in at the Marina
Arrive at the marina 15 minutes before the tour starts, you’ll complete a quick check-in and waiver form. Then you’ll be introduced to your guide, your catamaran, and the essential safety instructions before boarding.
Sailing Begins – 10:00 or 12:30
We set sail into the stunning Caribbean Sea on a comfortable and spacious catamaran. This is where the real adventure begins—crystal-clear water, a cool breeze, and an atmosphere built for fun and relaxation.
Reef Snorkeling – 45 minutes
During the tour, we’ll stop at a calm and colorful reef for a guided snorkeling session. The experience lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes, with all gear included. A guide stays in the water with a buoy for added safety and assistance.
Relax at Playa Norte – 45 minutes
Next, we anchor at Playa Norte, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Relax on board with a drink in hand, jump into the turquoise water, or simply soak up the sun in this breathtaking setting.
Beachside Mexican Lunch – 1 hour
A flavorful Mexican Caribbean buffet awaits you right on the beach. Enjoy fresh local dishes in a laid-back, tropical environment perfect for recharging.
Free Time on Isla Mujeres – 2 hours
After lunch, you’ll have time to explore Isla Mujeres at your own pace. Whether you prefer renting a golf cart, lounging at the beach, shopping for handmade crafts, or visiting historic ruins, the island has something for everyone.
Scenic Sailing Back with Entertainment – 1 hour
As we cruise back through the bay, our friendly crew will provide music, entertainment, and a lively tropical vibe. Unlimited drinks continue on board as we enjoy the stunning views and island breeze.
Return to Marina & Hotel Drop-Off
Once we return to the marina, your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel. A perfect end to an unforgettable catamaran experience from Playa del Carmen.

Additional information
- For more comfort you can hire hotel transportation service that will pick you up from your hotel lobby to the marina and back for +$300 MXN ($15 USD) per person.
- Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions
- For snorkeling no experience is needed, but guests should know how to swim.
- There are no lockers in the Catamaran or the beach club
- Golf Cart Rental is $35 USD and a +18 driver’s license is required
- Check-in is 45 minutes before the departure time at Playa Tortugas pier (next to Ultramar Ferry)
Bad weather
Rain does not affect the tour, all tours will continue as scheduled, however, due to safety issues, the snorkeling activity will be canceled if the weather is too rough to swim. But, If port authorities close the boat’s navigation due to strong wind predictions, the tour can be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled due to the port authorities’ instructions, customers will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Reschedule 24 hours before the tour with no extra cost (under availability).
- Cancel 24 hours before the tour and get a refund. 20% Transaction fee applies.
- No Show. If you don’t show up for the pickup, the driver will leave a form at your hotels lobby and no refund will be made.
- Cancelations under 24 hours will be considered as no show.
