This service is available for all hotels in Playa del Carmen, Punta Maroma, and Riviera Cancun. If you’re staying in an Airbnb, we’ll provide a nearby meeting point for your convenience.
09:50 – Check-in at the Marina
Upon arrival at the marina, you’ll complete a quick check-in, sign your waiver, meet your guide, and receive a safety briefing before boarding your catamaran.
10:00 – Departure from the Dock

17:00 – Return to Marina & Hotel Drop-Off
Arrive back at the marina where your driver will be waiting to return you safely to your hotel, ending a perfect day on the water.

- Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions
- For snorkeling no experience is needed, but guests should know how to swim.
- There are no lockers in the Catamaran or the beach club
- Golf Cart Rental is $35 USD and a +18 driver’s license is required
- Check-in is 45 minutes before the departure time at Playa Tortugas pier (next to Ultramar Ferry)
Bad weather
Rain does not affect the tour, all tours will continue as scheduled, however, due to safety issues, the snorkeling activity will be canceled if the weather is too rough to swim. But, If port authorities close the boat’s navigation due to strong wind predictions, the tour can be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled due to the port authorities’ instructions, customers will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancelation Policy
- Reschedule 24 hours before the tour with no extra cost (under availability).
- Cancel 24 hours before the tour and get a refund. 20% Transaction fee applies.
- No Show. If you don’t show up for the pickup, the driver will leave a form at your hotels lobby and no refund will be made.
- Cancelations under 24 hours will be considered as no show.
