Reschedule 24 hours before the tour with no extra cost (under availability).
Cancel 24 hours before the tour and get 100% refund.
No Show. If you don’t show up for the pickup, the driver will leave a form at your hotels lobby and no refund will be made.
Cancelations under 24 hours will be considered as no show.
We pickup and drop off from any hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres & Playa Mujeres.
The driver will get off the van and call you by your name at the lobby.
Once we are back from the tour he will drop you off at the same place where he picked you up.
If you are in an Airbnb we set up a meeting point.
You can bring even toddlers, it is your boat. We only must respect the passengers limit.
All our boats are equipped for big game fishing. So if you want to skip ceviche for a hunting session, let us know, we’ll make it happen.
Yes! Ask the crew to make it filet for you. Some species like sailfish, marlin, shark, amongst others are protected and they can only be used as catch and release.
We also have the equipment and permits to visit the coral reef.
However, six hours is not enough time for fishing, ceviche and snorkeling so we would have to skip one activity or pay for extra hours.
